On October 8, 2024,  BBB confirmed by returned mail that the address on YS Hosting's website is not where the business is located.  BBB also attempted to contact YS Hosting by calling 440-295-5689 and the number was disconnected.  BBB checked the website to determine when it was created and where it was registered.  The website was created on  December 15, 2023 and the registrant information was not disclosed. 

BBB does not know where the business is physically located.  BBB urges caution when choosing whether to do business with a company whose physical location is unknown.  Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot confirm the legitimacy of YS Hosting.   Consumers with outstanding concerns are still encouraged to file a complaint for BBB records but may also wish to contact the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center.
