On Jan 31, I placed an order from their online website to ship my ***** accord from *******, ** to ********,**. I specifically told the employee(******) that I want 09February to be the last day for pickup. I paid a total $1379 for the shipment. They sent me a confirmation email and receipt and asked me to provide a photo with my id and card used for the transaction.On 06Feb, I asked for the updates if they found a driver. They said they havent found a driver.On 07 Feb, I received an email that the driver was assigned.On 08 Feb, I asked ****** if theyre still picking up my car since I never received any calls/texts from the driver.On pickup day 09FEB, the driver calls me that they cant pick up the car until 12 Feb and tells me to call broker(American Auto Shipping) to change driver or cancel to get refund. I proceed to call American Auto and they said they will only do partial refund of $1080 instead of the full $1379 because they assigned a qualified carrier/driver. I tell them that its not my fault that they assigned a driver that cant pick up my car on the date they were supposed to and that I should not be penalized for anything since I was a customer waiting for the broker and driver to make the arrangements. The manager calls me saying that they were only going to do a partial refund
