On March 21st 2016, BBB wrote the company requesting substantiation for the following claim found on their website greatratecontainer.com: "VOTED #1 DUMPSTER RENTAL SERVICE IN NH." The BBB Code of Advertising states, that advertisers may use superiority and awards claims in their advertising provided that advertisements clearly discloses any material or significant limitations of the comparison; and the advertiser can substantiate all claims made. The business did not respond to BBB's request for substantiation in its advertising.
