Government Actions
On October 21, 2022, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business's application for a residential building contractor's license would be denied under Minn. Stat. 326B.082, subd. 11(b)(2). 326B.095; 326B.84 (1)(14)(2020) and Minn.R. 2891.0040, subp. 1A (2021). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business's application for a residential building contractor's license would be granted with the following conditions: the business shall only transact business in their licensed name; promptly respond with complete, accurate and truthful responses to DLI; notify DLI within 15 days if found to be a judgement debtor; and satisfy or appeal any judgments within 30 days.
