On November 7, 2023, BBB asked the business to substantiate claimed results shown on their website regarding the services they offer. Those claims include statements that Clinical Somatic Education can improve or resolve completely the following symptoms within just a few sessions: Arthritis, back pain, balance problems, breathlessness/shortness of breath, bursitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, constipation, disc problems: (herniated, bulging, protruding, swollen), dislocations, dizziness, fibromyalgia, flexibility and stretching routines, foot pain, frequent urination, frozen shoulder/adhesive capsulitis, hamstring pulls and tension, headaches, hemorrhoids, hip pain, impotence, insomnia, joint pain, knee pain, neck pain, pain, plantar fasciitis, Sacro-iliac problems, sciatica, scoliosis, shoulder pain, spinal stenosis, tendonitis, thoracic outlet syndrome, TMJ syndrome, uneven leg length and whiplash.
BBB’s Code of Advertising requires businesses claiming specific results will be achieved to be prepared to supply proof. BBB requested substantiation that these claimed results would be outcomes that would be experienced by all consumers who receive the service as there are no disclaimers regarding situations that would cause a consumer not to experience these results. As of January 19, 2024, the business has not supplied this information.
