In September 2022, BBB investigated TrustPower’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by a large volume of unanswered complaints. On September 22, 2022, BBB checked the website www.buytrustpower.com to determine when it was created and where it was registered. However, it appears that the website has been removed.

As of September 28, 2022, BBB has exhausted all forms of contact to the business. All phone numbers, websites, and emails are disconnected, and no postal address has been found. Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot confirm the legitimacy of TrustPower. Consumers with outstanding concerns are encouraged to report the matter to BBB Scam Tracker at scamtracker.org but may also wish to contact legal counsel and/or the FTC.
