According to these reports some of the consumers state that the company also requested additional payments in order for the consumers to receive their items but they were never delivered by the company.

As of September 20, 2021 BBB has received seven complaints and two negative reportable reviews for Princeton Moving & Storage, LLC.  The company was incorporated through the Illinois Secretary of State with the corporate manager listed as Gilbert Benedict. Mr. Benedict has also been named in complaints to BBB. 
 BBB received the first complaint against this company on May 27, 2021.  Complaints and reviews allege consumers hired and paid for moving services through several different brokers to provide moving services and these services were outsourced to Princeton Moving and Storage, LLC, who was also paid by them. According to complainants, their belongings were never delivered by the company. 
 Complaints and reviews were sent to the company via USPS to 311 Marco Dr. Rantoul, IL 61866, the address listed on the Illinois Secretary of State Corporation filing, and 1711 W University Ave. Champaign, IL 61821, which was provided by consumers. Returned mail was received back to BBB as, "not deliverable as addressed, unable to forward." BBB called the company at (773) 359-3477 which is disconnected and (773) 516-1112 that goes straight to voicemail and no voice mailbox has been set up.

The website also shows that this entity has a pending insurance cancellation.
