The Commissioner of Commerce Grace Arnold (Commissioner) in the State of Minnesota has entered into a consent order with GoHealth on 12/19/2022 based on allegations that the company created and sent a large quantity of mailers to Minnesota residents with a
number of mailers containing statements or omissions that were misleading by failing to sufficiently
identity the insurer, agents, or agency, having references suggesting a connection to government
agencies or programs, and/or obscuring or minimizing pertinent information. GoHealth is ordered to pay a civil penalty of $75,000 to the State of Minnesota. For more details, please click here
