Pattern of Complaints
On October 25, 2023, Better Business Bureau recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding billing issues, customer service issues, and service issues. Consumers are alleging All Island Automotive Towing is charging an extremely high recovery fee when their service did not warrant the need for that extra charge. Consumers allege they are yelled at or hung up on when attempting to gain information from All Island Automotive Towing. Consumers allege the business has limited payment options to cash only. Some consumers allege All Island Automotive Towing refuses the retrieval of personal property from their vehicle. Some consumers allege their vehicle was damaged by the business during the towing process. BBB notified the company of the complaint pattern. To date, All Island Automotive Towing has not responded to BBB's request to address the pattern.
