Pattern of Complaints

According to information in BBB files, Quilltop has a pattern of complaints alleging Delivery and Customer Service Issues.


Consumers are stating they are charged for items they’ve ordered from Quilltop.com but have not received their purchases. Some consumers are saying they are being provided with tracking numbers, but their items are never given to the shippers to deliver while others are saying they receive no communication from Quilltop at all. All of the consumers that filed a complaint with the BBB are stating they are reaching out to Quilltop via the phone numbers and email addresses listed but the phone numbers are disconnected, and the emails go unanswered.


 On June 7, 2022, BBB contacted Quilltop seeking their voluntary cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaints.
