TO ALL CREDITORS AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
1. On February 4, 2019, a petition was filed commencing an Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors Proceeding pursuant to Chapter 727, Florida Statutes, made by AKORN HOLDINGS, LLC d/b/a ALPHA IMPACT WINDOWS & DOORS, with a principal place of business at 590 SW 9th Terrace, Suite 1, Pompano Beach, FL 33305, to Philip Von Kahle, whose address is 1883 Marina Mile Blvd., Suite 106, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33315.
2. Pursuant to Florida Statute § 727.105, no proceeding may be commenced against the Assignee except as provided in Chapter 727 and except in the case of a consensual lienholder enforcing its rights in collateral, there shall be no levy, execution, attachment, or the like in respect of any judgment against assets of the estate in the possession, custody or control of the Assignee.
3. In order to receive a dividend, if one is available in this proceeding, you must file a proof of claim with the Assignee, Philip Von Kahle, 1883 Marina Mile Blvd., Suite 106, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33315, on or before June 4, 2019.
4. The examination of the Assignor, under oath, pursuant to Florida Statute §727.107 (3), shall take place in the office of counsel for the Assignee, Jay M. Gamberg, Esq., Gamberg & Abrams, 4651 Sheridan Street, Suite 200, Hollywood, FL 33021, on February 26, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. You are not required to attend and it is suggested that if you plan to attend, you contact the undersigned counsel a day prior to the scheduled date.
