      I paid a $50 deposit for a vacation rental home with Orlando Vacations on 3/23/25 for the dates of 5/26/25-5/31/25. My booking order number is OV-2921. The remaining balance was paid in full for the rental property on 4/23/25 $1,022.75. On the date I was due to check-in 5/26/25, the rental property complex informed me they had no knowledge of my rental and someone else was currently occupying the rental home I booked. My check-in date was a holiday so no one was at the office of Orlando Vacations nor answering any of my calls. The management team of the rental property complex made contact with someone from Orlando Vacations in which I then received an email immediately that my reservation had been cancelled on the day of check-in. My family drove 12hours and we had no where to stay. Orlando Vacations has yet to refund my money that I am owed $1,072.75 and has yet to return any of my phone calls or voicemails. I need help retrieving my refund and this company flagged and reported.

      I reserved a vacation house rental back around 12/2024 or 1/2025 for upcoming trip to Orlando June 2025 put down ***** deposit assuming my trip was okay I find out 30 days prior to my trip they are having payment issues and not able to process the rest of whats due cause they was having issues with payment system so I offered to pay with ***resentative over the phone for my trip the rest of balance due a day later from this email conversation i recieved a email that my reservation was canceled i advised the *** of this and she said she will have the manager **** reach out since they was having issues no call no email back all while I have emailed them back and forth total of 35 emails on why was it canceled and with my last almost 5 emails i started have demanded my ***** deposit since I went thru another company for my upcoming vacation here it's now a week before my vacation I still have not received my deposit back. I want my money back they was quick to take it when I made my reservation so they should be quick to refund it back for something they did

      I booked my reservation with them on March 11th and received confirmation that everything was booked. When I arrived on my check in date on May 15th I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled due to no payment being received. I contacted them the same day but didnt receive any response until the next day which was May 16th by the reservation agent *** *** ***** he informed me that I would receive a full refund. I was informed by the manager at the hotel that this company owes them a lot of money, so Im not the only one. Please help me

      I booked an Orlando vacation through Orlandovacation.com on March 31, 2025. This vacation was to include hotel and ****** World tickets for 3 people from 06/16/2025-06/20/2025. Since I booked the vacation I have received no other communication from this business other than a confirmation email on the date of the purchase. I have attempted to call this business multiple times and I get automatically transferred to a voicemail. I have left messages and sent emails that have gone unanswered. This vacation was to take place in less than a week and I have no tickets or information to go on at this point. The amount of the transaction was for $1,164.34. This transaction posted to my credit card account on 04/01/2025. I want this money refunded immediately so I can rebook my vacation through another company. This vacation was planned solely as a surprise birthday present for my son and I have been obviously scammed out of this money. This business should be punished severely for what they are doing to families.

      I purchased a 2-Day ******************************** Base Ticket for one adult through OrlandoVacation.com on April 13, 2025. The ticket was for use on May 46, 2025. As of today, I have not received the ticket or any valid confirmation.I have contacted the company multiple times via phone, email, and their live chat system, and have received no response. I even asked for a call back or update but have heard nothing. I am a school teacher visiting Orlando for my daughters cheerleading competition (The Summit), and I urgently need to know whether my ticket will be delivered or if I need to purchase a replacement ****************** Name: OrlandoVacation.com Business Website: www.orlandovacation.com Date of Transaction: April 13, 2025 Order Number: OV-3214 / Confirmation #: D20186 Amount Paid: $293.26 *********** claims "free shipping" and "immediate confirmation," but this has not been my experience. Otherwise, I will assume the product was not fulfilled and pursue further action through my bank and other consumer protection channels.

      In December 2024 I placed a $50 deposit towards a rental vacation home in Orlando. The remainder of the rental charge was due 30 days prior to the start of the trip. On May 1, 2025 I paid $1506.23 for the remainder of the fee. On May 28, I called the office and inquired why I had not received any information about the home or the documents to sign. The women who answered the phone said I should have gotten everything and transferred me to a voicemail of the manager. I left several messages throughout the day of the 29th and 30th. At 7:30am on May 30 I received an email stating the rental vacation home was canceled. I called once again and the woman said let me text the manager to call you. I did not receive a call back until after 2pm. **** Dueling stated that the owner canceled and my refund was initiated on May 29, 2025. Stated it would take 3-5 business days to return to my card. It is day 5, I have not received a refund and they will not answer the phone or return calls left on the voicemail.

      On April 5 we bought tickets to the ****** Parks and were told that they would be emailed 5-10 business days. The tickets were never emailed and ****** from customer service said that we would be getting a refund since we did not get the tickets in time and that the refund should post within 10 days. We have never gotten our refund and it is 2 months later. We spent $753.00.

      date of the trip. April 25, 2025i had the place reserved since December 24 2024. I had placed a reservation for a hotel booking which got canceled without reason hours prior to my party of 12 attending, even though it was booked for months. refund was said to be issued and i was promised a check of $200 for damages for canceling. i never got the refund nor the check even after months of confirming and finally no replies back. i had to file a complain with my bank disputing the charges i have gone without paying bills because this set me back. I still do not have the funds of the refund and the "said $200.00" check.

      I bought ************ tickets through this travel agency and never received them a month later. I contacted many times and no response. I only got someone to answer me when I requested a quote for a vacation. They simply said they would forward my email to the right person but nothing came of this. they charged me $1,234.14 on May 3rd and still no tickets. I had to file a fraud case with my credit card.

      My vacation was booked and paid for month before arrival. When I called to get access code to the property they informed me that they cancelled the reservations days before us leaving b/c they over booked with no option of any other house and that he sent the refund back its been 10 business days and have not received my money. This has been a big inconvenience we had family members with flights paid for from 4 different states and no house to stay. We need our money return
