The underlying cause of complaints is often tied to the nature of used auto parts. Since these components naturally come with normal wear and tear, customers may sometimes have expectations of “like-new” performance. While we thoroughly test and run all engines and transmissions before sending them out, proper installation is critical to performance and longevity. Our warranty requires installation by a certified mechanic along with the replacement of key parts during installation, and when these steps aren’t followed, issues are more likely to arise. Ultimately, most complaints can be traced back to either the inherent nature of used parts, or to installation and warranty compliance issues.
