Since March 2023, BBB started to receive complaints and/or BBB Scam Tracker Reports concerning non delivery issues.
1).  The website, https://elixirlabsco.com/ was created on June 30, 2020.
2).  Mail was returned as undeliverable from the address on file. BBB was not able to verify the address is registered to any business. Please understand that scammers use a physical address to appear more legitimate. The address usually has no connection to the scam business.
