BBB files indicate that the business has a pattern of complaints and submissions to BBB Scam Tracker concerning advertising concerns. Specifically, consumers allege that the business contacted them after applying for a job, requesting the consumer to pay the business for a background check which they would be reimbursed for in their first paycheck. After they paid they were informed that the job position was "canceled" and the consumer did not receive a refund from the business after requesting one.

In October 2024, BBB contacted Pro Allied Staffing requesting information as to why the business believes the customers are filing the complaints and what actions the business has taken to help eliminate the causes of complaints. As of this date, the business has not replied to this request.
