Pattern of Complaints

On November 18, 2021, Better Business Bureau recognized a pattern of consumer complaints against Tapestry Hero regarding billing, delivery, and customer service. Consumers allege ordering items from the website and not receiving the correct items or any items at all, but they're being charged immediately after placing the order. Consumers allege that they have difficulty reaching out to Tapestry Hero's customer support, and when they do, they are not being assisted. Consumers claim no refunds have been provided.


BBB notified Tapestry Hero of the complaint pattern. As of November 29, 2021, Tapestry Hero has not responded to BBB's request to address the pattern of complaints.

On November 18, 2021, Better Business Bureau was alerted to a business operating as Tapestry Hero (https://tapestryhero.com/). Consumers allege concerns with Tapestry Hero's billing, delivery, and customer service.  
BBB reached out to Tapestry Hero requesting information regarding its ownership and location. As of today, Tapestry Hero has been unresponsive. BBB visited the advertised address on 1550 W Evans Ave Unit C, Denver, CO 80223 and found that Tapestry Hero is not located there.  
A business license search with the Colorado Secretary of State failed to provide licensing information for Tapestry Hero.
