In September 2025, BBB investigated Timberloop Delivery LLC (also known as Timberloop Shipping) after receiving consumer inquiries and 18 Scam Tracker reports. These reports described the business contacting job seekers by email or phone with offers of high-paying, work-from-home “inventory verifier” or “package handling” positions. Victims stated they were promised salaries ranging from $4,000 to $5,000 per month to repackage and reship goods. Several individuals reported that they never received payment, and some provided sensitive personal information such as tax forms and IDs before realizing the opportunity was fraudulent.
For example, one consumer reported: “I was told I’d make $4,300 a month plus bonuses to repackage items. It turned out to be a scam, and they now have my personal information.” Another stated: “They sent me W-2 forms, which made it look real. Later, a package arrived with no jewelry inside, only a receipt. That’s when I realized it was fake.”
On September 8, 2025, BBB confirmed that emails sent to the business bounced back undeliverable. BBB also reviewed the business’s reported locations in Colorado Springs and Denver and was unable to confirm active operations at those sites.
BBB urges caution when choosing whether to engage with a company whose physical location cannot be verified.
On September 8, 2025, BBB checked the website www.timberloopshipping.com. The website was created on July 30, 2025 and registered through a privacy service in Arizona.
The site promoted Timberloop as a shipping and logistics company but did not disclose verifiable ownership or physical business details. Following consumer complaints and BBB inquiries, the company’s communications became unresponsive.
