Regarding delivery issues, consumers allege that once orders are placed items are not delivered for upwards of 8 weeks or never delivered at all. Similarly, consumers claim that when refunds are promised or owed, they are never received. Additionally the company's refund policy is only offered within 14 days of purchase, meaning that customers are no longer eligible for refunds once the order has arrived. Consumers also allege the this business does not provide responses to customer service inquiries. Specifically, consumers claim that responses take several weeks or never come at all, particularly when requesting refunds. Lastly, consumers allege that the product they received, specifically the "Ultra-Cozy Knitted Blanket" is of lower quality or different material than advertised.
