BBB began corresponding with Automated Ecom Profits regarding these claims on April 21, 2025. In their responses, the company stated the claims were based on "previously observed results under favorable business and compliance conditions." They also stated they were "actively reviewing all public-facing content to ensure full alignment with FTC and BBB standards." BBB requested a timeframe in which these updates would be completed, however, as of today's date, the company has not updated their advertising.

On 06/17/2025 this business's accreditation in the BBB was revoked by the BBB's Board of Directors due to failure by the business to adhere to the BBB requirement that Accredited Businesses meet and abide by the following standards:
