Customer Complaint
Recently, BBB has received a number of complaints against this company alleging consumers are robocalled repeatedly by a recorded voice claiming to be with their credit card company or "Cardholder Services". The company offers to save consumers thousands by lowering their credit card interest rates. BBB complaints allege they are unable to get the robocalls to stop, cannot connect to a live person, or if they do connect to a live person, are hung up on once they state they want to be removed from the list.
Other complaints on file with BBB allege Advertising Issues, Customer Services Issues, Contract Issues, and Refund/ Exchange Issues. Advertising issues allege consumers are repeatedly solicited by live individuals from the company after requesting to be taken off the company’s call list, and are mistreated by the company while making that request. Customer service and contract complainants claim trouble in contacting the company after providing them with payment and personal information regardless of the company’s promises of contact and of working on the consumer’s debt. Complaints further allege confusion when dealing with multiple company personnel and being contacted by multiple phone numbers. Complaints on file with BBB regarding refund and exchange issues allege that after signing up for the company’s services, the consumer’s credit cards are charged an upfront fee by the company, claimed services and results are not produced, and the company will not refund the up front fee.
