  I very rarely write reviews. Only when people go above and beyond... or, in this case, so low down it feels like a disservice to the community not to warn them.
  Lexington Blue was happy to take an $8,000 payment from my grandmother in July 2024. It is now mid-April 2025. Her roof is not done. She's called numerous times, to be told it will be done soon. My sister and I took over communication. February 27, I was told by a very nice man, with a very detailed explanation, that it would be started within one month (that guy is absolutely the only gem of this company, I wish I remembered his name). Okay. Six weeks later, my sister called. She had to call upwards of six times to even get an answer. She was told three more weeks. What about the last time estimate, she asks? They don't know, they don't care. But okay, we will inevitably call back in three weeks, wondering when they're showing up. She writes a review on Facebook. THEY BLOCK HER!
  I don't know how these people are in business or "working with" local community partners, or "opening new locations" when they need MORE THAN A YEAR to do a roof for an old woman. At this point, I don't trust them to do it right even if they do show up. Stay far away from this company!

  We had them replace our entire original old roof last summer. Right after that happened we had some heavy rains and we had two areas in our kitchen ceiling with water damage. After a couple of weeks trying to contact the company someone finally came and looked at the roof. They had completely forgotten to add the underlayment and one whole area around one of the vents. A few weeks after that, we had more heavy rain and leaking an entirely different area of the kitchen ceiling. It’s still took another couple weeks and when they came and walked around, they said they couldn’t find any problem… Too bad so sad.
  Just paid $1600 for an independent roofer to rip up all around the chimney and add copper flashing, which was completely missing! How do you replace a roof and not put flashing around the chimney? This may have been under warranty, but there was no way we were calling this company back to look at our roof.

  Lexington Blue installed my roof in April 2016. At that time they did a great job with the install. However, it was discovered in June 2024 that there is a manufacturer defect with some of the shingles that has caused fading. Staff from Lexington Blue inspected the roof and told me they would contact the manufacturer and help get a warranty claim. It is over 7 months later and nothing has been done. My calls, messages, and emails have gone mostly unanswered. When someone does contact me, they say they are working on it, but then weeks and months go by with nothing. I would submit the warranty claim myself, but it requires information that I don’t have about the roof. I have asked Lexington Blue to provide that to me, but they have not provided it. I have been very patient, but it should not take this many months to get the issue resolved if they were following through with what they say they will. I have been patient about this, but after so long, I felt it was time to report their poor customer service.

  I had my roof done by Lexington Blue last year, and it’s quality workmanship! No leaks! I had an independent inspection and they also said it was good work! The team was super friendly, showed up on time, and worked hard. They really care about the quality of their work and I appreciate their sincerity throughout the process. My new roof looks amazing, and they left the place clean. They were super helpful, answering all my questions without any pressure. They really care about their customers experience, and were available whenever I had questions about the process. Brooke D*****, Tammy B****, Kamron H****, Daniel L*****, Daniel N*****, Dustin and Josh give top-notch service, with quality assurance.
  Highly recommend them if you need roofing and contractor work. Awesome experience! Thanks, Lexington Blue!

  AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. This is the worst company in the entire state and if you allow them onto your property or entertain the possibility of using them to repair your roof IT WILL BE THE BIGEST MISTAKE YOU WILL EVER MAKE. The con starts right from the start with the door hangers and company info they use to promote their company. They DO NOT have an A+ rating with the BBB - in fact read all the complaints that have been filed with the BBB about this company. They are a NOT a member of the National Roofing Contractors Association - this was confirmed by the NRCA who advised they were issuing a warning to Lexington Blue to remove this claim from their advertising. Pay no attention to the reviews that are on their website. They are padded with a lot of ratings done by the staff and owner. We found out about that info from two of their staff after they left the company. To get real understanding about the type of operation Lexington Blue runs, read the BBB complaints, read the YELP reviews, read the Google reviews - Read the Reddit’s that about this company - their bad service, their false advertising - their out of control sign campaigns - it will make you sick to see what this company is doing and make you question how they have been allowed to remain in business and continue to mislead customers, take their money and not do the work or if they do the work it will be sub par and will just lead to further repairs and damages to your home. I was one of those homeowners who answered the door in August of 2024 and fell for their false credentials and matching polo shirts and the reviews on THEIR website. They inspected my roof, called my insurance company, filed a claim and callled or texted Everyday to see if the check had shown up. Was at our door the minute it arrived. Requested the full amount for a perform the work - almost $8,000.00. Said it would take 4 to 6 weeks. They never came back. Never did the work. It been 7 months and they won’t return calls

  My experience with Lexington Blue, Inc. was pretty amazing. The team explained things very well and they did great work. We had repairs made to our roof and the job was completed in one day. Lexington Blue, Inc. is on my list of contractors for future use and I would definitely recommend them!

  I signed my contract with them in early April, and they promised that my roofing project would start in May. Since then, I have called them several times and the last time we spoke, they said they would definitely start my project August. As of today I still have not heard from them, they have not started my project and I cannot get a return phone call as to when my project will start. I have requested a refund of my deposit because the latest storms caused additional damage to my roof and I need to get it repaired as soon as possible. And I still haven't received a returned phone despite the mesaages I have left. I feel like I would have to get a attorney involved to get my money back.

  Lexington Blue this company is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my 55 years of life! Alex the office manger is horrible he talked awful to me & lied & charged me a made up amount for interest bc I have been at my wits end with this company for over 2 years! Eli did my quote & they fired him bc he was trying to help me get my roof, siding, fence, shed damage! They never call you back they say there always in a meeting! Alex is rude unprofessional & bold face lies they never try to do anything for the customer. They CASH your insurance checks & lie & tell you that they will call you back to schedule the instillation which is a lie!!! you have to go in the office & sit there until you get on the schedule! They took my siding off my house 2 times & lost it they couldn't match the color & didn't want to replace the siding that they exposed that cause damage to my house! When you ask to speak to the owner you can never talk to him. Alex tells you he's the head man in charge after they have already fired staff twice in 2 years. I don't know whos pockets this money is going to the made up amounts they tell you owe! They never take ownership in anything wrong they do! Alex needs customer service training & STOP trying to take peoples money for made up amounts! If anyone is ever needing a roof please don't ever use this company!!!

  After getting multiple bids, I contracted with Lexington Blue in June 2022 to replace the siding, facia board and soffits on a residence. We made the required 50% deposit with the execution of the contract. We expressed our desire to have the work completed by the fall of 2022. We understood at that time the work would not likely be done until September 2022 to which we agreed. The work was finally completed in August 2024. We made repeated, documented attempts by phone, text, and email to contact the company regarding the status of our project. The company was generally nonresponsive. During this period, we received two collection notices for nonpayment for work which had not been completed. We were very patient. Each time we made contact and were told progress would be made; the company failed to follow through on its promises. This company clearly has operational issues and appears to have significant employee turnover based on the number of individuals we interacted with over the two years it took to get the work completed. I suggest you look for another company for your roofing and siding needs. Lexington Blue was nothing but disappointing.

  Lexington Blue, Inc. team did a great job for our building. We needed a roof replacement, and the quote was competitive the word was high quality, and the Lexington team is a great communicator. They were professional and efficient. Answered all my questions, and the quality and extra care they provided were amazing. Not to mention the quote was final price so no surprises. I highly recommend their company!
