How to manage your email subscriptions
Your BBB sends various types of emails about your BBB Account, Complaints, Customer Reviews, Updating Your Information, BBB Member Accreditation, and more.
Important information is included in these emails, however, you can choose which types of emails you want to receive and which types you do not.
The quantity of emails you receive depends upon your business activity.
- The more Customer Reviews you receive, the more emails you will receive with information and updates about your reviews
- The more Customer Complaints you receive, the more emails you will receive with information and responses to complaints
- You will receive emails about payment issues and confirmations
BBB emails are categorized by Subscription Type and have an 'unsubscribe' option at the bottom of the email.
If you unsubscribe, you are unsubscribing from that specific subscription type.
