On June 12, 2025,  Red Wireless was notified by BBB in regards to the pattern of customer complaints against their business. The company has responded by stating that they
take customer feedback seriously and have implemented several corrective actions to improve their service. They are retraining frontline staff on billing structures, shipment processes, and proactive communication, with monthly refreshers using real cases to reinforce learning. To support their team, they have created quick-reference tools and training sessions to assist. The company has held internal debriefs on recent complaints, shared leadership messaging to reinforce accountability, and invited employee suggestions to further improve the customer experience.
