    notified by BBB in regards to the pattern of customer complaints against their
    business. We have received a response from the company indicating that they are
    implementing internal steps to address the issues and are willing to work with
    our office to eliminate the pattern of complaints. The company states that they are committed to
    maintaining the trust and confidence of their customers and want to assure us
    that they are continually improving their processes to prevent similar
    occurrences. The company has indicated that their dedication to addressing
    these issues remains steadfast, and they are consistently enhancing their
    operations to provide timely and efficient support for all their products and
    services.
