On December 1, 2021, it was discovered that ResortAc.com Network Inc. was claiming that they are an Accredited Business on their website. The business is not accredited by this BBB and our policies prohibit unauthorized use of our Accredited Business Seal as well as falsely identifying as a BBB Accredited Business. BBB sent two letters to the business on December 1, 2021 and December 10, 2021 with a request to remove the BBB Accredited Business Seal from their website. As of December 21, 2021 BBB has not received a response from the business about removing the logo and their website continues to show that they are an Accredited Business.
