BBB received a Scam Tracker report about Nova Relocation, a property management company based in Vancouver, BC,  on August 31, 2021 regarding a deposit issue with a rental unit. BBB contacted this business on October 12, 2021 and November 24, 2021 to request  their business start date, business’ physical address, mailing address, business owner’s name & title and their deposit policy.

BBB also reached out to the business with letters on October 12, 2021 and November 24, 2021 to confirm details about their business location, competency licence and hiring process. BBB also checked the City of Vancouver’s database on October 12, 2021 to verify if there is a business licence connected to the company’s listed address. However, the City does not have any records for this address.

As of December 6, 2021, BBB has not received a response from  Nova Relocation. The website for the company, https://www.novarec.net/ is still active.
