Service Issues
- Consumers complained that their funds were frozen and that they were unable to access their accounts for multiple months following a data breach
- Consumers complained that the business changed the conversion rate for their tokens without informing them and this led to monetary losses
We offered Gambit Rewards the opportunity to address the above identified patterns. Gambit Rewards did provide a satisfactory response and was able to successfully remove the patterns.
