On July 16, 2025, 3-GIS LLC came to the attention of BBB following a consumer complaint. The individual reported entering into an agreement to purchase a shipping container, making a partial payment with the understanding that the remaining balance would be due upon delivery. The consumer was later informed that full payment was required upfront. Despite paying in full and confirming a delivery date, the container was never delivered, and the company has since become unreachable by phone. One consumer wrote, “Sales person wanted 60% to seal the deal then 40% when the driver was to deliver. Sent the money to the accountant at a gmail address which should have not done. Two appointment dates were made but they wouldn't deliver until I paid the 40% which pressured me into doing”.
That same day, BBB attempted to contact the company to obtain updated business information, including a current point of contact, business start date, a description of its products and services, and details of any active licenses. BBB also requested confirmation of the company’s physical and mailing addresses including the location of its head office. BBB requested clarification on their refund refund policy for shipping container purchases. To date, BBB has not received a response to our request for information and their website account has been suspended.
