BBB received complaints from consumers. Consumers alleged they paid for their services but learned that Suntel Networks Incorporated was shutting down their operation. BBB started an investigation and reached out to the business with letters on September 22, 2020 and October 2, 2020 to understand the allegations. As of October 13, 2020, BBB has exhausted all efforts to contact the business. All phone numbers, websites and emails are disconnected. Consumers with outstanding concerns are still encouraged to file a complaint for BBB records but may also wish to contact legal counsel and/or Consumer Protection BC.
