About the speaker:
Jennifer Santos is the Program Development Manager at BBB National Programs 501(C)(3) Charitable Foundation, the Center for Industry Self-Regulation (CISR). In this role, she is leading the development of the Institute for Responsible Influence, an initiative dedicated to advancing best practices and accountability in influencer marketing. Jennifer joined BBB National Programs in 2021 as a staff attorney with the National Advertising Division (NAD), where she resolved disputes over the truthfulness and accuracy of national advertising campaigns and authored detailed decisions that continue to provide critical guidance to the advertising industry.
