Better Business Bureau of Greater Maryland proudly announces the winners and finalists of the 2025 Torch Awards for Ethics, celebrating businesses that exemplify integrity, trust, and transparency in the Maryland marketplace.

BBB also recognized Paul Davis Restoration with the 2025 BBB Ambassador Award for outstanding partnership and leadership in advancing BBB’s mission to build trust in the marketplace.
“These honorees represent what makes Maryland’s business community so strong — doing what’s right, not just what’s easy,” said Mike DiGiacomo, President and CEO of BBB of Greater Maryland. “They remind us that ethics isn’t just a value — it’s a practice that shapes how companies treat their customers, empower their employees, and contribute to their communities. We’re proud to shine a light on their leadership.”
The awards were presented during BBB’s Signature Event, held October 29, 2025, at The Meeting House in Columbia, Maryland. The event brought together business leaders from across Maryland for a morning of celebration and networking, highlighted by keynote speaker Kathleen Cairns, Emmy Award-winning journalist and communications strategist.
Now in its 28th year, the Torch Awards for Ethics recognize local businesses that exemplify BBB’s Four C’s: Character, Culture, Customers, and Community — the cornerstones of ethical business leadership.
