Better Business Bureau® (BBB) North Central Texas proudly announces the champions of its highly anticipated 2025 BBB Video Contest, celebrating creativity and innovation in promoting this year’s theme: “BBB Accreditation – The Sign of a Better Business.” Richardson High School emerged victorious, claiming first place with their captivating video titled "BBB Drivers Ed." The team ingeniously parallels business acumen with road safety, showcasing how BBB Accreditation serves as a vital guide in navigating ethical business landscapes.

Organized by BBB serving Dallas, Lubbock, and Wichita Falls, the contest engaged high school students in exploring the significance of BBB Accreditation for ethical business behavior and consumer trust. Teams were tasked with crafting compelling videos that exemplify the BBB Standards for Trust.

Lubbock Frenship High School secured second place with their entry titled "Business Game Day," blending their passion for sports broadcasting with a vibrant tribute to BBB principles. Meanwhile, New Tech High School @ Coppell clinched third place with "The Real Housewives of BBB," a humorous yet insightful take on business integrity.

In recognition of their outstanding contributions, BBB awarded over $4,000 in cash and prizes to the winning schools and teams. This initiative not only promotes smart consumerism among the 15-24 age group but also underscores the importance of ethical business practices in today’s marketplace.

Judged by esteemed professionals including Benjamin Remmert from the U.S. Air Force Public Affairs office, Dr. Cam Stone from Texas Tech University, Samantha Forrester from the City of Wichita Falls, and Elizabeth Zueker from Dallas, the contest highlighted entries based on Production Quality, Creativity of the Message, Marketing and Engagement, and Representation of BBB Theme.
