Hugh Doyle is the new Region Director of Better Business Bureau* (BBB*) of Greater Ottawa and is responsible for local outreach efforts. Doyle was appointed by BBB's Board of Directors to his new role.

Doyle brings over 20 years of experience in strategic operations management to his new role with BBB. He previously served as Director, Regional Operations at RXO Last Mile, where he ran a national logistics and last-mile delivery operation and oversaw team members across Canada and the U.S.

Prior to Doyle’s time at RXO, he oversaw daily dispatch and warehouse operations at Canpar Express. His tenure also includes roles with Purolator Courier Ltd., Grocery Gateway, Canada Border Services Agency, Service Canada and ICS Courier. Doyle has coached football for over 20 years, including NCAFA, high school and U Sports programs.

At BBB, Doyle will lead outreach to businesses in and around Ottawa, including ~2,000 BBB Accredited Businesses. He’ll also help educate the public about marketplace trust through networking, media appearances to share tips for making purchases and avoiding scams, presentations to business and consumer groups, and BBB’s ethics training program for high school students.

“BBB is working hard to make this region a great place to do business,” said Doyle. “I’m excited to be part of that and looking forward to building strong relationships with our local businesses and consumers here in Ottawa.”
