Senior Philanthropic Trust Advisory Specialist, Executive Director Philanthropic Services
Cynthia Pritchard is a senior philanthropic trust advisory specialist and executive director with Wells Fargo Bank’s Wealth & Investment Management division. She serves the following states in the Northeast division: Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Ohio. Wells Fargo Bank’s Philanthropic Services helps charitable individuals, families, and nonprofit organizations work toward their unique goals by providing specialized advisory services. Ms. Pritchard works with individuals and families to define and help achieve their charitable objectives as part of their overall wealth plans. This may include gift and tax planning, multi-generational planning, reviewing estate plans, and the creation and management of donor advised funds, private foundations, charitable trusts, and other charitable planning strategies. She also works extensively with nonprofit organizations, where she advises in the areas of gift planning, endowment management, board governance, and other management issues. Cynthia collaborates with her clients and their other advisors to leverage their resources to help maximize the impact of their philanthropy.

For two and a half decades, Laith has served as the Wealth Advisor to affluent families and foundations. He is familiar with their complex challenges and can tap into the company’s broad array of resources and specialists to design the solutions to address them. In 2011, Laith obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification, having met the rigorous experience and ethical requirements of the CFP Board. In 2019, Laith completed the elite Certified Private Wealth Advisor® program, administered by the Investments and Wealth Institute® and taught in conjunction with the Yale School of Management, focusing on ultra-high-net-worth client strategies. Laith is a proud Buckeye, graduating with an undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University. He had the honor of being chosen as the keynote speaker for the Cohort Honors Program for the 100-year anniversary of the Fisher College of Business. Laith has been recognized as a Wells Fargo Advisors Platinum Council Member by Wells Fargo Advisors from 2023-20251 and by Forbes as a 2025 Best-In-State Wealth Advisor.

Ron Smith is the Executive Director of The Bridge to Kindness project, an initiative in the Columbus Region that raises awareness of nonprofits serving the community and connects resources to those in need. For the past eight years, he has also served as the Area Director for Neighborhood Bridges, a nonprofit focused on bridging the gap between schools, families, and essential resources. Through these roles, Ron has built strong partnerships across Central Ohio, helping to mobilize generosity and ensure that local organizations and families have access to critical support.

Nevin Bansal is the Founder and CEO of Outreach Promos, a Columbus-based marketing agency recognized with the prestigious Torch Award for Ethics and other honors for its commitment to integrity and community impact. He is also the Founder and Executive Director of Small Biz Cares, a nonprofit that mobilizes small businesses for philanthropy and social good. With more than 25 years of experience spanning corporate strategy, finance, and entrepreneurship, Nevin brings both business acumen and a strong record of civic leadership. He serves on the Board of the Better Business Bureau of Central Ohio and has been widely recognized for advancing ethical business practices and community engagement across Central Ohio.
