In 2025, the Better Business Bureau proudly celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Torch Awards for Ethics, Northern Indiana’s highest honor for businesses and individuals that lead with integrity, transparency and a commitment to doing what’s right.
For two decades, the Torch Awards have recognized organizations that go beyond profit to foster trust, uphold strong values and serve as role models in the marketplace. Honorees are chosen for their dedication to ethical practices across four key areas: character, culture, customer care and community engagement. These are the businesses that not only succeed, they elevate the standards of how business should be done.
This year’s celebration will be held Oct. 30, 2025, at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum. The evening will honor the 2025 Torch Award recipients and reflect on 20 years of inspiring leadership, lasting impact and ethical excellence across our region. Attendees will join a community of professionals, civic leaders and past honorees to commemorate this milestone and look ahead to the future of trustworthy business.
