45-minutes of heart-pumping cycling with good vibes, motivational instruction, and pulsating sounds as the salt air blows through your hair! All fitness levels welcome. Classes are held rain or shine as the terrace is covered. Please stop by the spa or hotel front desk with a photo ID and room key for a registration code. You must register online in advance of the class to sign the waiver and reserve a bike, as space is limited on a first-come basis.

SESSION 1: Part 1: Lead Management and Sales Process

Many businesses, across a variety of sectors, are too slow to respond to online leads, even though numerous studies have shown that responding to a prospect within an hour of receiving a query result in the sales rep being several times more likely to qualify the lead (which is defined as having a meaningful conversation with a key decision maker). In this session, Eric Habermas will reveal the results of a recent series of online mystery shops that were utilized to understand how the BBBs grade out with respect to lead response.
