Complaint: I purchased the spa 1/29/21. did not receive it until September 13, 2021, the first shipment was somehow lost in transit, no apology or explanation, it was set to come and the day it was set to come it never arrived. no information except "it was lost"second shipment came without cover - huge safety issue also deeming spa unuseable as it cannot heat without cover, and I bought it specifically because I needed child locks- not sure how it was shipped without a cover as that's a quality control issue . it was also dropped out front of my townhouse with NO warning which was NOT what they indicated whatsoever, I was supposed to sign for the delivery and they dropped it like a piece of mail.-shipped the wrong cover, got a cover for the water filter, so had to wait YET AGAIN to get the cover to even use the spa-- its now into OCTOBER and I hadnt even been able to use the spa.-spa has NOT WORKED ONCE; will not hold heat or raise above the 1 - 1.5 degree per hour as it claims, is constantly needing more water with NO leaks and the instructions followed religiously as I was previously an engineer working on much more complex and intricate instrumentation for ******** a well renowned and respected company so I did my due diligence. I am confident I was able to follow the directions without any deviations -took an additional 6 weeks to receive correct cover; so it took almost 10 months to get my spa, then it never held temperature no matter what I did; I tried calling countless times, left countless messages, have emailed, have tried live chat, have tried EVERY form of contact and not one person has responded to me once. I sent a letter because the warranty will expire at some point and it needs to be taken care of. all specifications were followed religiously, and I couldn't even get a human being on the phone to even ATTEMPT to troubleshoot the issue, and now the spa won't even turn on after I had drained it due to its inability to function as advertised from day one.

Desired Settlement: Refund; Replacement; I want the broken spa removed AT NO COST TO ME, and my entire purchase refunded completely- I had to send original receipt with warranty claim
