            In April of 2022 my house was hit by an intoxicated driver at 3am. Car went through my living room. I called them and they provided phone numbers to people for help to get fixed. However my rates have over doubled since then and they have not contacted me about perusing the drivers insurance company. Or have I received my deductible back when I told I would. Now my esgrow is through the roof and no other company will give me a break ** of this claim. This shouldnt be held against me. Progressive should go after the drivers insurance. I did provide them with police report ect in the beginning and then nothing until now I get to see it reflected in my house payment. I have called 3 times and go through all the prompts and everything to be disconnected or hung up on.

            I have tried to reach out for 3 days straight and have sat on hold ranging from 45 mins to over an hour, only to get people who claim they don't have my policy and it is thru Progressive. Progressive has their info on the declarations page! No one will even listen to me and will transfer me before I am able to get a full sentence out. They literally could care less and Progressive will not speak with me because ASI holds the policy! What am I supposed to do if I want to cancel and go with a new company? They make it impossible to talk with someone so you give up and get stuck with their substantial yearly increases on a tiny Villa that shares a roof structure with neighbors to where our HOA puts money in a pool to replace the rooves every 10 years! Since 2021, it has gone up literally 350%.
