"I have been a customer for a 7-8 months now and I hate it my online portal has never worked since day one I'm always being told well put an IT ticket in and nothing ever happens so I'm forced to sit on hold 2-3 hours sometimes because there customer service is **** poor I agreed to a certain rate and there always trying to secretly raise it until I notice it on my bill and then I'm on hold for 3 hours trying to fix it when you call to sign up they pick up right away don't use this company they are horrible they claim to be the best in the industry but a friend of mine has intoxalock and he has none of the problems I do"
