I had brand new Hvac heating and cooling system installed by this company 4 yrs ago. I have been having problem every year in winter. They come and fix something. My electricity bill is 500-600 a month for last 2 months. I have requested them to come fix it and paid there fee too. They came one time a d said parts need to be ordered. They said they ordered the parts and suppose to come fix it on 12/17. After that they told me it takes week or so for the parts. And on 12/19 they told methe parts are not available for next 9 months. I believe this company did not install by HVAC properly every winter I have same problem and now I am stuck for another 9 months. Please help me with this Thank you *******************

I am writing to question the “duct work” that I was charged for on the AC Installation/repair discussed all summer and completed on 9/8/2022. These charges were not a part of ******** **********’s estimate, but charges came directly from Quality Air Experts as uncovered costs. I called a 3rd party expert to assess what the contractor/Quality Air Experts had done, they wrote (10/5/20). This was the assessment: “Duct system was shown to be very leaky with a lot of outside leaking into the house from holes in the duct work.” The 3rd party technician confirmed that the “original” duct work existed to this day and that there was nothing new, which aligns with the pictures and what I see. Yet, I was charged $620 for “Duct Mod”. I would like a refund since no work was done. I have pictures and the estimate by the 3rd party who assessed the work (not) done. There is no evidence of duct work, which is why I am seeking a refund. Thank you very much for your time. Dispatch # *********

    Hello,

to clarify, the customer was charged for a duct modification. meaning that the duct system will be cut at the source of the air conditioning, and then re-seald to the new AC installation- this does mean that the duct system would be replaced  .

    Thank you
