On March *** 2022 I called Well's Paving at XXX-XXX-XXXX which is on the website. The call went to voicemail and I left a message for someone to get in contact with me, because we were thinking of getting our driveway paved. Mr ******** Well's texted me back Saturday March ** at 7:30pm. I explained to him though text I left a voicemail. He asked where is our driveway located. I told him and asked if he would give my husband a call after 12 pm Sunday. He called my husband Sunday and come out to look at the job and give us a quote that day. He came out measured the driveway and gave us a quote of $7,000. 1/3 would be due when started 1/3 due halfway, and balance when finished. Mr ******* said he would get started the next day which was March 14,2022. He came out that Monday, dug the driveway up. **** came out because they had cut the internet wire. I spoke to the **** worker and he told the to call 411 next time before digging. Long story short Mr. ******** asked us to pay the last payment so he could pay for the asphalt for that day. He promised his guys would come out and do the finishing touches the next morning. Which was March ******** He came out with his guys and picked up his equipment and left. I texted called and texted him right after he left at 10:13am. I got no response. Texted again at 1:18pm asking him to call back asap. No response again. Finally on March ******* I texted him he need to give us a call or I will be contacting my lawyer. Finally I get a response from him at 11:51 am. I will include screenshots of text sent to me. There are more text that was sent to my husband will send them later. Money was paid and we have soft spots in our driveway edges not straight and so much more. There is a 5 year warranty but Mr. ******** has stop responding to our calls and text messages. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
