    I had a positive experience with ***** and his team! They were always professional, hardworking, and friendly.******* represented Under Pressure as a confident, knowledgeable leader of his crew with good communication skills and a willingness to address any issues I had. The work was completed in two days with the team working long hours on some of the hottest days. Their commitment to my project is to be commended! Thanks guys!!!

    I am leaving this review in reference to work that was done at mothers home. I assisted in this process to help provide her a handicap accessible bathroom. ***** was able to fit her job in between other jobs. He did come at and provide an estimate. The shower that was installed did not fit and the gentlemen that were working removed the trim around her window without consent to do so. It was the original woodwork to the home that was removed . The shower was NOT attached to the wall and no insulation, which my mother purchased, put in the wall. The shower head that was installed she could not reach and we had to find someone else to make this more accessible. No handle bars were installed most likely because the shower wall was not secured by anything. It took many texts and a complaint filed to BBB for ***** to Fix the shower wall. He did not communicate during the delay to get this scheduled. It was requested he send another invoice stating he would fix the shower wall and this was never done. He did block me from his business page so I could not leave a review nor be able to contact him. The guys that he hires work fast and ***** does not check their work. He requests a picture of the completed work but does not check in person. The flooring that was installed was not secured. The flooring that he put in, he put on top of old linoleum causing the floor to be uneven and cupboards not being able to open and shut . He had to cut doors/cupboards and it is still not right. They do really poor work, work fast and do not take the time to evaluate the job especially for someone that required these updates for safety concerns. I would advise if you are going to hire this company, make sure the jobs is checked over thoroughly and pictures taken. The company had no problem taking the money but when it came to fixing the issues at hand, he became short with us.
