  Someone by the name of **** ****** (which was NOT his name) was canvassing in my area yesterday and came to my home. I discussed the situation with my home and he stated he would work with me. I told him immediately please dont BS me as I had already been through this and prefer someone be truthful. He supposedly wrote down his number and email to send him information I received from my insurance company for him to take a look to see what he could do. Of course when I sent the email it came back saying the email address does not exist and neither does the telephone number. He also made an appointment for today to come back to discuss options. He also said he would clean the gutters at the front of my home at no charge. It had started to rain while he was at my home and he saw where water was draining through my awning and not through the down spout. When he said he would clean my gutter, at no charge, I knew immediately he was lying. He wasnt honest. If there was something this company could help me with I wouldnt trust them. I dont want a response. I just want others to know this company is not reputable. If someone they sent to canvas my neighborhood couldnt be truthful with no contract to do work, how could I trust them at all. Waste of time! I am a senior with a limited income and dont need the nonsense. My roof will be repaired eventually taken care but definitely not by this company.

  Best Choice Roofing has very poor customer service and does not take any accountability for their poor performance. Our original agreement was signed on December 21st. Our insurance claim was approved on January 17th, and we signed our contract on January 20th. Last talked with ***** **** on January 23rd and was told everything was good and we should receive a call from ****** in the next week to set up our installation. Waited 2 weeks and tried contacting ***** with no reply. I waited another 2 weeks and received a reply from ***** on February 28th saying I needed to contact ******* *******. I called ******* and was told again it would be another 1-2 weeks, and I would receive a call from ****** to schedule the installation. I was told the delay had something to do with the commission not being set up correctly and wasn't caught by anyone. After this call I received an email from ****** requesting to add an additional $75 due to a mistake made by the *** sales **** I agreed and signed the document and returned it to ******. I waited another 2 weeks and called ******* and was again apologized to and was told our paperwork slipped through the cracks. This is when the 2nd cost adjustment happened after we had a signed contract. An additional $793.84 was added. I agreed to pay the amount after seeing on the documents from our insurance that it was not included in the original amount. Finally received a call on ***** 8th, and our installation was done on ***** 15th. The entire process from January to ***** was very frustrating and Best Choice Roofing did nothing to correct the issues other than offer excuses and lies as to what was causing the delays.

  We had a terrible experience with this company. It started off positively, but once we had made the down payment, communication completely broke down. On the day of the work, we were told that we'd suddenly owe an additional $3700 dollars for decking work. We refused, and were told we would then not receive a warranty on the work. When we refused again, we were told "oh, we can actually repair the rotted parts for $200." Unknown to us, they submitted an amendment to our insurance company for $3000 after the fact and threatened to put a lien on our house if we didn't hand over the check, even though they only did $200 additional work, last we heard. They refused to provide itemized bills (or bills at all, until it's paid). They also left leftover materials sitting in our yard for more than two weeks, not returning our messages about it. As far as I'm concerned, they are grifters who do a subpar roofing job.

  Won't even pay employees for training go with someone else training was a complete waste of time unless you like to hear about getting drunk gambling and how many women the boss can pull

  Their communication is nonexistent. They charged extra for osb board which was not spelled out in my sales agreement. Was originally told one amount and they charged 4 times that amount for the extra. Asked for paperwork showing what they used and paid in full invoices. Had a big rut in my yard from their refuse trailer. Roof was done in March, and I still have not received the paperwork. They did come out and filled the rut with topsoil.
  Review on their website 2 weeks ago responded to by company said I'd be getting contact buyt other than filling the rut, I have nit heard from them

  Not a professional company, did not communicate throughout the whole process other than when to collect their checks. Never showed up at times given was always late, I don't have faith the roof was done correctly. Definitely look for another company if you want someone to be reliable, and communicate through the process.
  The company called me and offered $250 for me to "amend" a Google review which makes me wonder about the other reviews they have elsewhere.

  Best Choice Roofing has been an A-1 company to deal with. From start to finish it has been a pleasurable experience.
  The sales representative, Andrew, was quite informative and handled everything that needed to be done to get the job started. He even contacted our insurance company. We did not have to do anything.
  Those actually doing the work were very efficient. They placed tarps all around our house for the tear-off of the old roof and picked up every scrap of material. This team knew what they were doing. The entire job was completed in one day.
  There were things done we had not expected. Four roof vents were installed and a lot of painting on existing metal. We were surprised at all of this.
  We must say BCR's follow-up representative, Tanner, was quite helpful as well. Everybody was kind and respectful.
  We highly recommend this company for their customer and roofing expertise.

  Sharon W
  Best Choice Roofing completed my roof and I’m happy with the results. I appreciate how the salesman communicated with me about the job before and after the installation. The crew was really efficient and the cleanup was great. I would recommend Best Choice to anyone that is in need of a new roof.
