BBB became aware of Safe Pet Express through a
BBB Scam Tracker report. A consumer reported to BBB that after sending money to
the alleged business for the shipping of an animal, she was given an invoice
with a delivery date. On that date, she was asked to pay more
fees for a special crate, insurance and vaccinations. She was then told it was
too late to ship the animal that day and would need to pay hotel fees for the
animal. After she paid, she did not receive the animal, and the business
stopped communication. Safe Pet Express does not provide a full physical
location on its website. The actual location of this entity is unknown. The
website domain safepetexpress.us was registered on 4/2/2024 and is due to expire 4/2/2025.
