We believe that the number of complaints filed for their respective reasons is a small number in comparison, therefore do not necessarily see a pattern of complaints forming. We do take each and every complaint seriously as it takes our immediate priority in order to rectify the issues. 

We believe that we can always be improving all of our policies and procedures, from handling day-to-day operations to handling complaints. We are continuing to hire Customer Service Representatives to help maintain a strong line of communication with our clients, and ongoing training to ensure we are able to fully answer any and all questions our customers may have. We had some minor technical issues with our VOIP system that has now since been cured and reconfigured some of our routing trees to ensure better communication before and after business hours. We are also committed to continuing monitoring of any future potential complaints(both informal and formal) to better learn how to prevent some of these issues from arising. 



In closing - We'd like to thank the BBB for bringing this information to us. Emulate Auto takes any issue that a potential customer or current customer may have, no matter how big or small, very seriously. We believe the first step in resolving an issue is to reach out to the customer and open the line of communication to provide confidence that our goal is to remedy the issue promptly. More often than not, a resolution is not far away from initial contact. We also want to acknowledge that although we may never be able to fully eliminate all complaints, no matter how well we communicate and operate as a business - We will continue to invest time and resources however we can to make sure we're doing the absolute best to keep this number close to zero. We understand that the best way to tackle issues is to prevent one from ever occurring. Lastly - we acknowledge that the BBB is a valuable reputation source for our business and potential consumers, and are committed to doing whatever it takes to keep our profile up to date and clean. We hope we have addressed all the matters presented to the BBB's satisfaction, and look forward to keeping an open line of communication for potential future matters. We hope our BBB rating will also continue to improve as we become further tenured. The grading is based off of several factors as we understand it and hope to help push those in the right direction.
