This has been a long dispute, but I'll outline everything below: 1. ******* - new Tara liner installed (serial # *******) at a cost of $3,806.25 2. ******* - water level was falling and ******** found several holes in liner at a cost of $300 3. ******** - Tara replacement liner was installed (serial # ******6) 4. sometime in 2017 - water level was falling and once again holes found (receipt lost) 5. ******7 - Tara replacement liner #2 was installed (serial # ******** 6. ******* - Pool liner had wrinkles and fading; I contacted Tara liners and sent photos of pool 7. ****** - Tara told me to file a complaint questionnaire, and I did so 8. ******* - Tara's vinyl supplier requested closer up photos of the wrinkles 9. ******* - I send closer up photos to Tara 10. ******* - I contacted Tara for an update 11. ******* - Receiving nothing, I contacted Tara for an update again 12. ******* - Tara informed me they sent message to vinyl manufacturer for an update 13. ******** - I received Determination Letter from Tara stating it was "not a warrantable cause"; I asked how to appeal and they said they "have went through everyone that views the claims. This claim has been denied." 14. ****** - we noticed a 3 inch tear/hole in the liner. We patched the tear, but it continues to grow and is now about 18 inches long. We continue patching, but it keeps growing. This liner has been terrible quality from the beginning with wrinkling, fading and now tearing. At this point, we just want Tara to do what is right and refund the original amount we paid ($3,806.25.) We have spent hundreds of more dollars due to this awful liner (pool inspections to find the problem, filling the pool with water and new chemicals, etc.) and would like for Tara to compensate us for that as well. We started experiencing these problems with the liner within the full warranty period of 5 years and continue to experience them within the 20-year warranty period, but Tara refuses to uphold their warranty.
