*** 2020 I hired this company to build a cover over our concrete patio. After being told it would be $500 more due to the cost of materials being higher than when quoted we agreed and had them build the cover. There is split wood and a beam that was cut too short so they pieced it back together and it looks terrible. We tried to overlook the small things as we were very happy to have the patio covered, However, after the structure was built our siding started to fall off as it was not properly secured after the cover was built. Water was coming in around the edges where the patio was connected to the house due to the roofing not being installed correctly. I reached out to the company and they did send someone to remedy these issues. *** 2021 we noticed water damage on the underside of the patio cover. I have been advised this is due to them not installing the drip edge to protect the raw wood from the elements. It is now *** 2022 and the water damage to the underside of the patio roof is becoming worse with each rain we get. I have reached out to the company numerous times and have not received a response on this situation. I am not happy with the workmanship nor the business manners of this company. At this point the roof of the structure needs to be replaced and I am not comfortable having this company do the work needed to repair the issue.
