Mr. Luke was to install a new concrete driveway at my mothers house at **** ****** ** in *******, *** The whole reason he was supposed to do this job was for 2 reasons: 1) to expand (widen) it so 2 cars could park side by side and also 2) there were a lot of cracks and huge breaks in the driveway. She paid $8,000.00 for this job and neither of these issues are resolved!! First of all, we still cannot park two cars side by side. So that was pointless. Next, within 48 hours a huge crack formed! We paid "extra" for some sort of fibers to be mixed in the concrete to ensure the cracking would not occur-lifetime guaranteed he stated! Well, I called him and sent pictures of the huge crack all ready forming. He said no way and argued with me. I sent him pictures. He said we had to have driven on the driveway. I told him absolutely not. It is still taped off/flagged off where no where can even enter the driveway. There is absolutely no way anyone drove on the driveway I told him. He still argued. He came by and put cement on top of the crack! Now there are soooo many cracks everywhere in this "special expensive concrete with special fibers" that was supposed to never crack!!?! We have been trying to contact him since May and here it is September almost October and he keeps avoiding our calls/texts. Today-he finally answered and yells to quit calling him because he isnt going to to fix it and he texted me "he doesn't care". He also put in a french drain and did NOT COMPLETE THAT JOB! The drain is Still exposed! This man is a liar and a crook and We WANT OUR MONEY BACK!! What a crook!!!!!!!!! $8,000!!!!?!?!!!
