    Date of transaction may *** 2022. I went car shopping and stop by north side auto first mistake...I told Laura I need a reliable vehicle to get to work n take kids to school...she assured me that she would get me into a ride that day...I put 1500 down and she pushed me into getting a *** *** ****** asked if the air worked n radio she said yes...the radio never came on and they told me they would fix it to come back tomorrow...when I came back Paul was never available n when he was he said that nothing was wrong w the radio the car was perfect at purchase...one month after making the purchase every light on the dash started coming on...I paid over $1000 in repairs n the car still doesn't work...Laura told me that I have gap insurance just in case the car get driven into a tree the insurance would pay it off...she also told me to not tell Paul she saying this...she then told me to put some **** ***** in the radiator and try to trade it in...I asked them if they would trade this car since I only had it one month they refused...they are scamming single black mothers out of there hard earned money n then lying about everything...I should have known when they would not fix the audio they would never help...then they told me to pay the bill on a car that hadn't been working for over a month in order to get a trade...they denied my trade n told me to call the finance company...one lie after another this place should be closed bc I have seen the same stores about here all over the internet it is so sad.. that they can continue to scam ppl n get away with it by selling faulty vehicles to ppl in desperate need of a ride

    I purchased a car at this place in July. The tag expires on ****** **, i went to the tag office twice andcthey said the paperwork wasn't done. I called Laura and she kept saying she would call me back but didn't. By this time my tag had expired and couldn't dri e to work or no where in my car because of the tag. My mom called and tried to see why i haven't got a tag yet she told my mother that she couldn't do anything about that cause she did her part and my wasn't a customer so she wasn't fixing to talk with her and hung up in her face. My mom called back and asked for a manager and she said she was the manager and aint nothing she can Do about a tagand again hung up in my mom face. When i went back to tag office the lady said the tag wasn't processed until ****** ** and it's coming in the mail. But tag expires the *** My complaint is on Laura she is very rude and unprofessional! She wasn't acting like that when she was taking my money for the car. If this happened to me and she was comfortable with it she has done it before to other people and it's sad she has to be that way! Someone need to investigate what this company is doing with these tags!
