              On Sept. X XXXX, ******* ************** and my family contacted Hicks@Sons, of Ft. Valley . We made arrangements for my brothers funeral. We chose the black brush **** casket during a meeting with director Quan ******* Sept *** Mr. ****** told us the casket arrived, Sept *** he told us it did not arrive. We were devastated as his family viewing was on Sept. ***. Wright said if push come to shovel we could use a rented casket for the viewing. He would then place my brother in the **** casket for the public viewing. The evening of Sept *** ****** told us the casket was located and would be picked up in the morning. At my brothers graveside service my family was at a lost. The casket his remains was in was not the **** casket ordered. It appeared to be an ebony finish. 200 programs were ordered but not 200 was presented. I learn about who was attending class reunion and running for office. Wright said he forgot to inform us the of casket because he was running from office to office.
